Terms and conditions

These terms are between you and New Age Consulting AI LLC (“we”, “us”), the provider of the Know Me Best game service. By creating, publishing or playing a game you agree to them. If you are using the service for an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf; if you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter a contract where you live.

What the service is

Know Me Best lets a host create a ten-question live trivia game about themselves and invite up to 30 players to answer on their own devices. A published game and its results remain available for 30 days.

Payment

Party Mode costs $5.99 (USD) as a one-off purchase per published game. Know Me Best Daily is currently free. The payment form on the game review page is rendered and processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor; New Age Consulting AI LLC is the seller of record. We never see or store your card details. Any applicable tax is shown in the total before you pay. There is no subscription — you pay per published game, and orders placed earlier through our former reseller remain covered by the terms that applied at the time.

Refunds

If a game was never played, you can have a full refund within 30 days of purchase and you don't need to give a reason. If a game was played and something went wrong, contact support and we will investigate and may issue a refund. Our refund policy is the detailed, controlling description of how refunds work.

Age and children

Know Me Best is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. Children should only take part under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Purchases may only be made by someone legally able to enter a contract where they live. We do not collect or verify parental consent.

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the service unlawfully, or for fraud, spam or harassment;
  • write or publish content that is hateful, sexual, threatening, or designed to humiliate or expose someone, or that reveals sensitive personal details about another person;
  • infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
  • interfere with the service's security, probe it, scrape it, or bypass technical limits.

You are responsible for the facts and questions you supply, for having the right to use them, and for the people you invite. Keep your host link private — anyone with it can control your game.

Question drafting

Question text is drafted automatically from the facts you type. Drafts can be inaccurate or oddly worded, so you review and edit every question before publishing. We do not present invented details about you as facts, and we may refuse or rewrite content that breaks the rules above.

Our rights

We own the service, its software, design and branding. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your own games. You may not resell it, redistribute it or reverse engineer it. You keep ownership of the content you supply and grant us the limited license we need to host and display it in order to run your game.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep games running smoothly, but the service is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access to a game or the service for material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious content violations. You can delete your game at any time. When access ends, game data is deleted in line with our privacy notice.

Reporting content

Anyone can report a game or question from the support page. We review reports and remove content that breaks these terms.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the host country of our business, and disputes go to its courts. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger or acquisition. Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If we change these terms, continued use of the service means you accept the updated version.
