Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every $5.99 game published through New Age Consulting AI LLC.

If you haven't played the game yet, we'll refund it in full within 30 days of your order — no explanation needed. If you've already played it and something went wrong, tell us what happened: we'll review it and may issue a refund. Either way you can reach a person.

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor, and usually appear within five to ten business days. To request one, write to us through our support form and we'll sort it out for you.

If a purchase was charged twice, or a payment went through but your game never unlocked, contact us and we'll investigate promptly and either restore access or issue the appropriate refund.
