Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every $5.99 game published through New Age Consulting AI LLC.

If you haven't played the game yet, we'll refund it in full within 30 days of your order — no explanation needed. If you've already played it and something went wrong, tell us what happened: we'll review it and may issue a refund. Either way you can reach a person.

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor, and usually appear within five to ten business days. To request one, email us at admin@newageconsulting-co.com and we'll sort it out for you.

If a purchase was charged twice, or a payment went through but your game never unlocked, contact us and we'll investigate promptly and either restore access or issue the appropriate refund.
